We are expecting to see squat strength increase around 6-9% in the next two months. Best squats were 455 male/290 female. We're looking to have our athletes be able to put up top 50 scores in the Region. After assessing the group, we realized double leg strength is a priority along with gymnastic density and longer aerobic pieces.
