Ben's first introduction to CrossFit was the video Nasty Girls, one view and he was hooked. A former football, basketball and track athlete (and fairly decent bowler) Ben has been participating in sports since grade school. He runs a tight ship, making sure Central is spotless, orderly and ready for the next class. Ben is serious about helping clients get RESULTS but one of his top priorities is keeping the athletes laughing and having fun! He's a big fan of bright colors, especially when it comes to CrossFit Central gear. When he's not coaching or training you can find him making up new dance moves or trying out new shoes.
