May – June 2014
Relentless Bootcamp is bringing back the two part Spring/Summer Event Series! Athletes and fit folks from across the city will pair up in teams of 2 to have the opportunity to battle it out in these fun, challenging competitions. All events will feature workouts that encompass what being a Relentless Athlete is all about—CrossFit meets endurance, meets outdoor fitness!
Event #1: This series begins with The Urban Run on May 4th
Event #2: The 5th Edition of the Garage Gym Throwdown on June 14th
There Will Be 2 Levels Available for These Competitions:
Level 1 – 35lb KB for Men | 25lb KB for Women
Level 2 – 53lb KB for Men | 35lb KB for Women
You will be asked for your Level preference during registration check-out.
Cost Per Event: $100
OR save 10% when you register for both competitions: $180
Teams who compete in both events at Level 2 will vie for the Series Championship Cup!
All competitiors will receive a Garage Gym Throw Down Event Series t-shirt, goodies, & invitation to the after party!
CrossFit Central Downtown Presents – Project Mayhem. Join the male coaches for a night packed with intensity. This is a one night, Men’s Only Challenge.
Men will be divided into teams and will compete in 6 – 10 events that will show case raw strength and teamwork. If you are new to CrossFit this event will be great for you! If you are a veteran your skills and strength will be appreciated by your team mates.
BBQ will be provided post event.
Event shirt included. Sign up by May 1st to guarantee correct size.
Bring your A game and the Men Coaches will bring the rest.

The CrossFit Football Course is an introduction to the CrossFit
Football concepts, movements and level of intensity needed to be successful playing football. In the course, participants will be provided with a foundation for training for football. Attendees will be taught the basic movements for training, sprinting and drills. This will include change-of-direction and agility drills. Participants will be given information on programming, nutrition/diet, and film study. Film study is done to show the practical application of the CrossFit movements to football.
CrossFit Football is presented by the CrossFit Football Seminar Staff. The staff will include former and current football players and strength coaches.
John Welbourn is a CrossFit Level 2 instructor and creator of CrossFit Football in 2008. He was drafted with the 97th pick in the 1999 NFL Draft. John went on to be a starter for the Philadelphia Eagles from 1999-2003, appearing in 3 NFC Championship games, and for the Kansas City Chiefs from 2004-2007. In 2008, he played with the New England Patriots until an injury ended his season early.
