April – May 2014
The CrossFit Central program runs on 4 week cycles and this month we have an additional week in the calendar (April 28th – May 2nd). Typically we close the gym during this time but this year we are opening up the 5th week to the community!
We will run several CrossFit classes throughout the day, classes will be donation-based classes in support of The Flatwater Foundation.
This week – The Week of Giving – will be open to everyone and scaled to ALL levels!

Community workouts are open to everyone and a great way to find out what CrossFit is all about! If you are a current member, bringing a friend is your entry fee for each workout.

Curious about CrossFit? This is the perfect time to see what CrossFit Central is all about! These workouts are designed for newcomers without any previous CrossFit experience. Join us for a great workout, see the facility and meet our outstanding community.
We created this event specifically for residents who live in the Downtown Austin area. Why? Because our new gym is probably in walking distance from where you work, reside and play. Now it’s time to spice things up a bit and add CrossFit into your life, in the heart of the city.
