We believe that our community, consisting of CrossFit Central, RedBlack Gym and Relentless athletes, is made up of unique and powerful individuals! Many of which are small business owners ranging from art, technology, food, real estate to brick and mortar and online companies. So we thought – why not get everyone together to mix and mingle, share ideas and build relationships?
We call this THE BACON CLUB.
Each quarter we will hold a breakfast for all current clients, who are also small business owners, to meet, eat and connect!
What to Expect: An outstanding breakfast, with an opportunity for like minded Austinites to make connections, build relationships and share ideas.
What This is NOT: This is not a leads-based group with annual fees and selective representation.
Open To: Current CrossFit Central, RedBlack Gym or Relentless athletes who are also small business owners in Austin.
Join us this Saturday for a Free Boot Camp Community Workout! These workouts are designed for newcomers with no experience. Join us for a great workout and meet our outstanding community.

“The Level 1 Trainer Certificate Course introduces the mechanical, conceptual, and theoretical foundations of CrossFit. Additionally, there will be “break out’ sessions for demonstration and practical application of the 9 Foundational Movements. The lectures, demonstrations, presentations, and breakouts all serve to indoctrinate participants with CrossFit’s conceptual underpinnings, while the workouts serve to reinforce/drive home the application. Events rotate approximately hourly for the duration making for two long days.”

The foundation of the CrossFit pyramid is nutrition. When our athletes combine their training with a diet of meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar the results are profound. The founder of CrossFit, Coach Greg Glassman, states it brings “a jet stream of adaptation.” Learn more at our Monthly Nutrition Meeting.
