Ready to sign up for CrossFit?
ALL of our gyms offer CrossFit programming. Classes are designed for all levels of fitness and each workout can be scaled to meet you where you are, but also challenge you mentally and physically!

Our programs run on 4 week cycles and you can join at any time. Available Scheduling:

  • CrossFit 3 Days a Week
  • CrossFit 2 Days a Week

 

Pricing:
  • 2x per week (8 classes per month)
    $150 standard rate
    $135 student/military/emergency responders (police, fire, EMS)
  • 3x per week (12 classes per month)
    $220 standard rate
    $198 student/military/emergency responders (police, fire, EMS)
  • Pro-Rated Fees
    $20 CrossFit Gym and Boot Camp
    $15 Kids
  • Crossfit Kids
    2x per week programs
    $100 2x per week ($50 if adult enrolled in a program)

How to GET STARTED:
1. Choose your gym location from the tabs above

3. Register for Elements
4. Once you’ve completed Elements, choose  your gym location from the tabs above and click START NOW
5. Click on that location’s schedule link and register!

Level I Program

The Level I program is best for beginning CrossFitters who would benefit from a smaller class size and slower pace. The group will follow the same work out of the day, but the work out will be scaled to accommodate those are dealing with injuries, just getting back into fitness and/or who who need movement modifications. *Completion of Elements is required before registering for this class

Private Body Assessment Package - $75

Meet with a coach for 1 hour private session. During this time you will have your measurements and body fat taken as well as a weigh in. You will also spend time setting your fitness goals as well as how to achieve these goals
