Our sport and elite performance training takes place at both CrossFit Central Downtown and CrossFit Central Burnet. If you are an experienced CrossFitter and are looking for “what’s next” the Advanced Athlete program and GGRX are your answer.
Advanced Athlete: The Advanced Athlete program is for the athlete who is looking to get more time in the gym, the budding weekend warrior as well as those looking to compete at a higher level. This program offers athletes additional training time, additional strength work and smaller classes so they can focus on improving their CrossFit skill sets. Each training time is open to only 10 people.
Cost: 3 month commitment @ $250 per month
To Get Started: You must attend the Advanced Athlete Try Outs or schedule a one on one complimentary Try Out. From this evaluation athletes will be invited to the program. Coaches will observe skills based on objective and subjective metrics. From this evaluation coaches will invite athletes to join Advanced Athlete program. However, workout scores are NOT the only factors taken into account. We will also be evaluating your attitude, dedication, knowledge and proficiency of movement and EFFORT. Taking ALL factors into account the athlete will then receive a recommendation for training options -> indoor CrossFit with training supplementation, an invitation to the Advanced Athlete program or an invitation to GGRX training.

At least 6 months of CrossFit experience
Proficiency in all of the foundational CrossFit movements: Deadlift, Back Squat, Front Squat and Overhead Squat Press, Push Press, Push and Split Jerk Snatch and Clean & Jerk Kettlebell Clean, Swing and Snatch
Proficiency in Body Weight movement: Pullups Pushups Handstands
