B) 2 Rounds:
30 Double Unders
20 KB Swings
15 Pull-Ups

WEST side Burnet Rd and Downtown:
A) 4 Rounds:
8 Ring Push-ups
8 In and outs 
B) Half “Nate”: 10 min AMRAP
2 Muscle Ups (Burpee Pull-up)
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 KB Swings (2pd/1.5pd)
