WEST side Burnet Rd and Downtown:
Every 90 Seconds x 7:
5R/5L DB Snatch
5 Burpees
Every 90 Seconds x 5:
10 Box Jumps
3-5 HSPU
Every 60 Seconds x 3:
3 Shuttle Runs
5 Push Ups
