10 Ring Dips
5 Minute AMRAP:

16 Squat Jumps
32 Double Unders

For Time:
800m Run

WEST side Burnet Rd and Downtown:
3 Rounds:
8 Strict BB Press
8 Dips off of Box 
3 Rounds FT:
12 Burpees
24 Walking Lunges
200m Run
