1 Hang Power Snatch
B) 3 Rounds for Time:
250m Row
15 OHS (75/55)
5 Burpee Box Jump (24/20)

WEST side Burnet Rd and Downtown:
A) Partner WOD for Time:
10-8-6-4-2 Push Ups
10-8-6-4-2 Dead Lift (225/155)
* Partner A does all rds of Push Ups while alternating work w/ partner B completes all rds of DL. Once the team finishes the descending sets, they switch roles and make their way back to the top.
