WEST side Burnet Rd and Downtown:
3 Rounds Each:
5 HSPU
10 Box Jumps
3 Rounds Each:
5 DB Clean & Press
10 Air Squat
3 Rounds Each:
5 Pull-Ups
5 Shuttle Runs
