A) Superset x 5
7 Wtd Pull-ups 
7 Box Squats 
B) 3 RFT:
1 shuttle run (5,10,15,20)
10 push jerks (95/65)
10 Burpee Pull-ups
Rest 90 sec

WEST side Burnet Rd and Downtown:
A1) 5×3 Snatch Balance
A2) 5 min max rep Snatch @ 100% Max SB
B) For Time:
Run 1 mile
50 Burpee with 6in Target
