WEST side Burnet Rd and Downtown:
A) Every 75 sec x 7 
15 DUs or 30 for practice
3 Power Clean and Jerk @ 75% of max press
B) 2 RFT:
75 Air Squats
30 alt DB Snatch (55/35)
15 HSPU
