WEST side Burnet Rd and Downtown: 
A) 3 sets:
Run 400m
10 Breathing Back Squats @ 65%
*Take 3 big, deep breaths between each rep
B) 2 Rounds:
30 Unbroken Heavy Russian Swings
20 Unbroken Push Press @ 95/65
10 Max Effort Broad Jumps
