A) 5 sets of BB complex @ AHAP:
5 Deadlifts
1 Hang Power Clean
3 Front Squats
1 Cluster
*All reps must be completed w/o setting BB on floor
B) 3 Rounds:
1min Max Double Unders
30sec Rest
1min Max PushUps
30sec Rest

WEST side Burnet Rd and Downtown:
4 sets:
100m Sprint →
100m Back Pedal ←
60sec Plank Hold
ThenEvery 90 sec x 5:
5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Air Squats
*Abmat Situps w/ remaining time
