EAST side Burnet Rd and Downtown:
A) 5 x BB Complex AHAP
5 Deadlifts
1 Hang Power Clean
3 Front Squats
1 Cluster
* Must be completed without setting BB down
B) 3 Rounds:
1m max BB Push press (45/35)
30 sec rest
1m max Burpees
30 sec rest

WEST side Burnet Rd and Downtown:
A) 4 Sets:
100m Sprint
100m Backpedal
60 sec Plank Hold
B) 8 min AMRAP
Bear Crawl (20 ft) + 2 Push Ups
Backwards Bear Crawl (20 ft) + 2 Push Ups
5×5 SA DB Power Snatch (55/35)
