What is The Bear Complex?

Each cycle must include:

Ground to shoulder
Front squat
Shoulder to overhead from the front rack
Back squat
Shoulder to overhead from the back rack
The bar may NOT rest on the ground in between cycles.

The cycle may also look like this:

Squat clean
Split Jerk
Back squat
Split jerk from the back

Or:

Squat clean to thruster
Back squat to thruster
