Each month we get together with CrossFit Austin to host the The Classics! EVERYONE is encouraged to come take part in the festivities. Workouts do not have to be performed Rx, this is about getting together with the local Austin CrossFit community in the spirit of competition and FUN!!
The October Classics Workout:
12 Minute AMRAP
Partners alternate rounds. Partner 1 does round 1, partner 2 does round 2, etc…
2 Muscle Ups
4 Handstand Push Ups
8 Kettlebell Swings (72lbs/44lbs)
2 Burpee Chest to Bar Pull Ups or Burpee Pull Ups or Burpee Jumping Pull Ups
4 HSPU to AbMats or 4 Hand Release Push Ups (knees OK)
8 KB Swings (53/35 or 44/25 or 25/20)
***Partner Assist Stipulation – If you are going RX and you get “stuck” at a movement for more than 1 minute, you can “tag” in your partner to complete all the reps of that movement for you for that round. You may only use this “tag” once during the WOD!
