We believe gymnastics skill and ability is a crucial aspect to any sport performance. Come learn from Coach Chelsea McKinney the foundation for all skilled CrossFit Gymnastic movements! Pre-req’s are kipping pull-ups and kick up to handstand on a wall. This workshop is open to anyone and everyone ready to master CrossFit gymnastic movements and transitions!
