Twice a year our programming schedule provides us with additional weeks. In the winter, we hold free workouts and gear up for the New Year. In the Spring we take the additional week to focus on restoring and replenishing our bodies through Mobility, Yoga, Trigger Point Therapy, Pilates, Stretching and much more! These courses are only open to current athletes and they are all free. We will hold classes at both the Burnet and the Downtown locations. You will need to reserve a spot for each course you would like to attend.
