Looking for a good workout to tackle this weekend? Head up to the Murchison Middle School track at Far West/Hart Ln and try this WOD – no equipment needed!
5 Rounds for Time:
Hill Run (steep hill w/worn path at S end of track)
5 Burpees
10L/10R Alternating Lunges (in place)
20 Mountain Climbers
