Meet the Director - Megan Parsons

Megan graduated from Baylor University with a BS in Exercise Physiology/Health Promotion and received a Masters in Exercise Physiology from Texas Tech University. She began as a CrossFit client at CrossFit Central and saw some major results. Soon after she quit her job in Corporate America and joined Central's coaching staff. Jeremy and Carey recognized her intense passion and love of fitness and together they engineered the Relentless ATX program. She is action oriented, goal driven and RELENTLESS. Her motivator? FUN!
