CrossFit is constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement, the goal is to improve fitness and therefore general physical preparedness. You will not see any “machines” in our gyms other than a Concept 2 Rower. You will see a combination of: sprinting, rowing, jumping rope, climbing rope, flipping tires, weightlifting, carrying odd objects, box jumps, barbells, dumbbells, gymnastics ring work, pull-ups, kettlebells, medicine balls, and many bodyweight exercises. CrossFit is for everyone, regardless of your experience or fitness level. Each workout is scalable.

This program is designed for women of all levels of fitness, experience, and age. The program will empower you to do things you never thought possible while keeping you in your comfort zone. The Women’s Only Program will get you in the best shape of your life, and help you reach your goals all while being encouraged by a committed group of women!

The Advanced Athlete program is for the athlete who is looking to get more time in the gym, the budding weekend warrior as well as those looking to compete at a higher level. This program offers athletes additional training time, additional strength work and smaller classes so they can focus on improving their CrossFit skill sets. Each training time is open to only 10 people.

CrossFit Kids focuses on teaching core fundamental movements to develop the athlete’s overall ability to move and function in various active environments. This Program is for girls and boys of all fitness levels and capabilities ages 5 to 18 years old and is designed to promote fun fitness through games, challenges, and relays.
CrossFit Kids is dedicated to giving kids the opportunity to excel in their fitness and skill level. Whether your young athlete is a beginner to a fitness program or a highly skilled sport specific athlete CrossFit Kids is the training protocol for young individuals seeking a high quality functional fitness program.
