If you are a women looking to GET FIT, look no further! Whether you are looking to increase your strength, looking for accountability in multiple areas including workouts and meal planning or just want to CrossFit with other women – we have options. Currently, there are 3 womens only programs in our community that you have access to.
Lean Lifting was created by Coach Jen Shaw for women who are looking to increase their strength and overall fitness. Lean Lifting is apart of the RedBlack Gym School of Strength crew. This small group, strength based program includes odd object training, barbell work, powerlifting and competition training – for women only.

Strength & Beauty:
The Strength and Beauty program was created by Coach Jessica Stephen for women who are looking to change their body, but also change their mindset. “This is not just about muscles and a hot body, yes that is part of it, but I wanted to create a transformational program for women to achieve long term success and true happiness.” With this program you will receive an accountability coach, meal planning, goal setting, workouts to complete on your own and more. - Premium S&B Package: this package includes the works. You can start anytime and not only do you receive personal training sessions, an accountability coach and a menu guide but you will also receive a makeover from Rae Cosmetics, professional before and after photos, a haircut and style out for your after photos, Trigger Point Therapy, and more! - 4 Week Challenge: designed to kick start your fitness and help you achieve your goals! The challenge focuses on nutrition and workouts on your own with a 1x/week group check-in meeting to hold you accountable throughout the process. Details
- Online Challenge: Take on the Strength & Beauty program from anywhere! This package includes accountabillity emails, workouts to complete on your own, meal plans and more. Details
Womens Only CrossFit Classes:
This program is designed for women of all levels of fitness, experience, and age. The program will empower you to do things you never thought possible. The Women’s Only Program will get you in the best shape of your life, and help you reach your goals all while being encouraged by a committed group of women.
We do the same programming as the Coed classes, but your class is full of bad a$$ women! We also hold Women’s Only social events like Happy Hours and Holiday parties and Women’s only competitions and challenges. Women’s Only classes are currently available at our Burnet and Westlake locations.
