Megan Parsons has been involved in sports and fitness her entire life. She grew up running cross country, track, playing basketball, and lifting weights. Her passion is empowering others to embrace exercise and nutrition as a lifestyle. She was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) in 2012 and has worked diligently to heal her body naturally with remarkable results.
Megan graduated from Baylor University with a BS in Exercise Physiology and went on to receive her Masters in Exercise Physiology at Texas Tech. Currently, she is in the final stages of completing her OPEX Level 1 coaching certification. Megan has been in the fitness industry for 16 years and has received certifications in Underground Strength Training, Trigger Point, Poliquin BioSignature, Kettlebells, Nutrition and CrossFit.
Megan’s training philosophy is Work Hard, Play Hard. She believes her clients need to enjoy life and live it to the fullest. Megan wants everyone who trains with her to learn how to develop a fitness-work-life balance and understand this is a journey that is constantly ebbing and flowing. She specializes in nutrition, weight loss, functional and strength training.
