400m Run
10 Breathing Back Squats (65%) (video)
B) 2 Rounds:
30 Unbroken Heavy Russian Swings
20 Unbroken Push Press (95/65)
10 Lateral Box Jumps (24/20)
200m Jog

WEST side Burnet Rd and Downtown:
A) 7×2 OHS – Make it Perfect
*All Sets must begin on the floor
B) 3 Rounds:
15 MB Cleans
10 Strict Pull-Ups
3 Down and Back Shuttle Sprint
