Friendly Kettlebell Competition that will consist of 5 mini kettlebell workouts. Athletes will be divided into 2 heats. Heat 2 will be counters for Heat 1 and vice versa.
Pentathlon is – five 6min sets with a 5min rest in between each.

5. P. Press
Points are earned by reps with consideration of weight. Every 8kg = 1point . Thus a 16kg= 2points and 32kg= 4points
Athletes will have up to 6 min at each station to earn as many points as possible by repping out the listed technique with whatever weight they choose.
