Total Immersion is a winter camp for adults, CrossFit style! Built into our annual CrossFit Central calendar we shut down the gym at the end of the December in celebration of the holidays and as an opportunity to offer our community some additional events and workouts.
This year – we will be running Total Immersion Winter Camps for only 30 athletes that are looking to get incredible results in only 5 days time.
You will be asked to log your food – daily – throughout the entirety of the camp and will be completely immersed in Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting and Cardio Respiratory Conditioning.
How it works: You choose a camp time (see below) and you will have the same camp coach throughout the 4 days of the Total Emersion Winter Camp
Dates: December 26th, 27th, 30th & 31st (Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday)
Camp Times: Thursday, Friday, Monday & Tuesday 6am & 12pm | Saturday 8am & 9am
Requirements: Commitment to ALL 4 days of this camp, daily food logging and dedication to learn each day’s skill set

Each class time is open to only 15 athletes, camps will be offered at CrossFit Central Burnet & CrossFit Central Downtown. You must be a current CrossFit Central client, L1 certified or CrossFitting for at least 6 months to attend.
