Total Immersion is a Summer Camp for adults, CrossFit style! Built into our annual CrossFit Central calendar we shut down the gym for 5 days for the International CrossFit Games. This year – we will be running Total Emersion Summer Camps for 150 athletes that are looking to get incredible results in only 5 days time.
This camp falls directly in the middle of Austin’s sizzling summer months and is designed to get you fast RESULTS while taking each day to focus on an important CrossFit skill set. You will be asked to log your food – daily – throughout the entirety of the camp and will be completely immersed in Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting and Cardio Respiratory Conditioning.
How it works: You choose a camp time (see below) and you will have the same camp coach throughout the 5 days of the Total Emersion summer camp
Dates: July 24th, 25th, 26th, 29th and 30th (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday)
Camp Times: 5:30am, 6:30am, 12pm, 5:30pm, or 6:30pm (each camp time will be 1 hour long)
Requirements: Commitment to ALL 5 days of this camp, daily food logging and dedication to learn each day’s skill set
Each class time is open to only 15 athletes, camps will be offered at CrossFit Central Burnet & CrossFit Central Downtown. You must be a current CrossFit Central or RedBlack Gym client, L1 certified or CrossFitting for at least 6 months to attend.

Here’s a small glimpse into what a camp day will look like:

5:30 am – 5:45am – warm up and mobilization, thoroughly prepping your body for that day’s skill set
5:46am – 6:10am – Focus of the Day (yes, yes that’s FOC ladies and gents): HSPU
including: hollow body, tri pod, wall walks, wall running, HS walking
6:11am – 6:25am – Day 1 WOD
8 KB Swings 2p/1.5p
5:30am – 5:45am – warm up warm up and mobilization, thoroughly prepping your body for that day’s skill set
5:46am – 6:10am – Focus of the Day: Snatch
including: start position, first pull, second pull, third pull, pulling self under the load.
6:11am – 6:26am – Day 2 WOD
