The Smoothie Recipe You Wish You Knew Sooner
WRITTEN BY Jesse O'Brien

The answer to your obstacles is in this smoothie!

Struggling to make a healthy breakfast? We can help.

Want to boost your calories at night without junk food? This smoothie is your best choice!

It has 636 calories and suits any goal. We stand by this claim because we've shared it with dozens of clients who continue to rave about it.

Whitney Lambeck, a remote coaching client, drinks it before her 6:45 a.m. drive to work. It boosts her protein and balances her energy all day. The high fat and protein content keep her blood sugar steady until the afternoon. It's a useful tool for those wanting to lose fat or needing to stay sharp at work.

In contrast, Nick Fleher, another client, enjoys this smoothie in the evening. He uses it to increase his calorie intake as he aims to gain weight and build strength.

Two people, same recipe, different goals.

We love the "man shake," and you will too! You can also easily customize it to fit your needs. The body is complex, and like fitness, there's no one-size-fits-all for nutrition. For more help on how nutrition can support your goals, schedule a free strategy session with a Central Athlete coach!
